Shaun’s journey began with a foundation of strong academic and athletic achievements, shaped by a resilient upbringing and a dedication to leadership and excellence. From his early days as a standout college athlete, Shaun learned the value of teamwork, discipline, and determination—qualities that have fueled his career across diverse industries.

Starting in the oil and gas sector, Shaun quickly rose to a Field Service Supervisor role, where he led teams of over 15 individuals in high-stakes environments, ensuring every project was executed with precision and safety. This experience in leadership and customer service laid the groundwork for Shaun’s transition into the solar industry as a Field Sales Consultant, where he honed his sales skills and developed a customer-first approach that would later become integral to Leverage Grow’s model.

With over ten years in real estate, Shaun combined his sales expertise and digital marketing acumen to excel in closing significant deals and building lasting client relationships. His comprehensive experience across sales, marketing, and client relations became the foundation for Leverage Grow’s unique business approach. Today, Shaun’s leadership at Leverage Grow is focused on providing clients with up to $250k in business funding and implementing powerful marketing strategies designed to accelerate growth.
