1. Services Provided

Leverage & Grow offers business growth services, including:

• Custom systems setup for client acquisition, lead nurturing, appointment scheduling, and communication management.

• Marketing consultation, ad strategies, and revenue optimization.

Note: Funding services are facilitated through third-party partners. While we connect you to funding providers, we do not guarantee funding approval or specific terms.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.

• Operate a business earning less than $1 million annually (as part of our target audience).

• Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding and service use.

3. Payment Terms

• Onboarding Fees: Payment for onboarding is due in full at the time of signing up. The Standard Package costs $7,500, and the Max Package costs $24,000.

• Profit-Share Model: For ongoing services under this model, a percentage of your monthly profits (10-25%) will be agreed upon in advance.

• Flat Monthly Fee: For businesses choosing this model, payment is due monthly and covers access to tools and systems only (self-managed growth).

No Refund Policy: Payments for onboarding services are non-refundable. Please see our Refund Policy for more details.

4. Business Funding

Business funding is managed by third-party partners. While we facilitate your introduction and support you through the process, the final funding decision, terms, and conditions are between you and the funding provider. We do not assume liability for funding outcomes.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Leverage & Grow LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

6. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during onboarding and service use.

• Use our tools and systems only for lawful purposes.

• Refrain from duplicating, selling, or reselling any part of our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leverage & Grow LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of our Site or services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful activities. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations already incurred.

In the Growth Partner Plan, we take full ownership of your client acquisition strategy, implementing and managing everything for you—including funnel creation, ad optimization, expense management, and strategy refinement.
